I have been working out with Carol for 4 years. I am 61 years old and have never been in better shape in my post 20s life. I skied 21 days this year, kayak weekly, do 10-12 hours of yard work weekly, etc. with no aches, injuries or fatigue. I told someone last week I was 61 (discussing senior discounts!) and they replied that they thought I was probably around 51! I owe most of that to Carol! Every workout is different, enjoyable and effective!

She is highly qualified and certified in her profession and attends Continuing Education Programs on an ongoing basis.
I have been working out with Carol for many years. She has excellent interpersonal skills. She is very organized and always focused on my workout goals and objectives and developing a workout program to ensure I achieve maximum results. Carol comes to every workout session with a workout plan written specifically for me – for that session - and designed to physically challenge me. She does an excellent job of monitoring my progress on an ongoing basis, discussing her findings with me and adjusting my workout program accordingly.
Carol is outstanding at motivating me to stay focused and to work hard to achieve my goals and objectives. She is approachable and enthusiastic and knows how to make hard work fun! At the same time, she carefully observes my technique and teaches me how to perform the exercises correctly and safely. She is creative and always thinking of innovative ways to reach the goal.
Last, but not least, Carol is an excellent group fitness instructor as well. I have attended many of her classes over the years. She conducts group fitness classes with the same professionalism and demonstrates complete control of the class.
I highly recommend Carol Rossmeissl as a personal trainer and/or group fitness instructor.
